Description
Bright, renovated 3-room apartment on the 4th floor(with elevator) 1 min walk from Blaha Luijza Square in Népszinhaz Street.
There are 3 separate bathrooms, washer, dryer, 2 separate WCs, common fully equipped kitchen, shared living room with spacious dining area, ready furnished rooms.
The common areas (kitchen, bathroom, toilet) are cleaned by us 2x a month – so this typical WG point of contention is omitted 🙂
There is a service charge of 80 euros, which includes an advance payment on electricity and gas in the amount of 50 euros. Increased or decreased consumption is billed on a quarterly basis (distributed among all residents).
If you need help or something is not working as it should: We are on site and respond quickly. Our staff is basically multilingual (English, German, Spanish and of course Hungarian) and very dedicated.

The apartment is very close to two important metro stations: Blaha Luijza (M2, as well as S-Bahn lines 4 and 6) and Janos Pal Papa Ter (M4) both less than a 3-minute walk away. You can therefore reach practically any university in just a few metro or S-Bahn stops. For example Semmelweis: From Blaha Luijza Square, the S4 or S6 leaves every 2-4 minutes and takes you 3 stops.
